Simple Cooked Asparagus
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP olive oil
garlic
asparagus
salt to taste
-Melt butter over med-high heat
-Stir in oil, garlic and salt
-Add asparagus, turning occasionally to cook evenly
-Asparagus will begin to lose it’s color when done.
