Poppyseed Chicken

-Natalie Anderson (or whatever her married name is now...)

3 C cooked chicken, cubed
1 C sour cream
1/4 C milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C melted butter
1 1/2 C Ritz crackers, crushed
1-2 TBSP poppy seed

-Place chicken on the bottom of a casserole dish.
-Mix soup, sour cream, and milk and pour over the chicken.
-Mix crushed crackers with butter and poppy seed.
-Sprinkle cracker mixture over top.
-Bake at 350* for 30-40 mins.
-Serve over rice or noodles.
